The Service integrates with third-party platforms including app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) and payment processors. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms of service of those platforms. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time through the app settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mani Nails LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
